Rotary Transfer Hot Plate Welding Machine
This rotary configured plastic component welding machine allows parts to be loaded during the welding and testing cycles. It is a freestanding machine which comprises of a rotary table and twin impression hotplate arrangement, each of which can be tooled to suit your requirements.
The machine pictured encapsulated carbon filters (for use in the event of chemical attack) within two polyethylene clam style shells.
The equipment also incorporates a bell-jar leak test facility wirh automatic transfer (of good parts) and rejection (of leaking parts).
